What happens next?

Once an agreement has been reached between the customer and Solar InstallationsZA (PTY) LTD and the Deposit has been paid, the solar installation project starts.

In the event, the client decides to cancel the agreement before installation starts Solar InstallationsZA (PTY) LTD will need 5 to 10 working days to process client’s full refund.

Solar system Installation process

Once all solar systems have been installed and tested by our Technician before leaving the site, all outstanding balances should be paid via EFT.

Our Technicians/Installers will make sure that all the Hybrid solar systems installed are working before handing everything over to the customer.
